THE BLACK PROJECT

My concept for this project was based on depression.

The aim for this was to look at forms and silhouettes which is how I created this piece. I started by creating shapes from my concept and then developed these shapes into designs.

The use of the colour black was for me to understand how a common colour can still be used to create statement pieces with the use of design and different fabrics.
